Gastronomic delights in Genk

The gastronomic restaurant is one of the biggest assets of the Mardaga Hotel. Be seduced by our refined kitchen on the basis of fresh and seasonal ingredients. All dishes are made with pure ingredients and methods, allowing the natural tastes to prevail.

The restaurant was awarded a 14/20 score in the Gault Millau guide and was given 3 Guide Michelin forks.

Culinary delights

Every day again we give it that little extra. Our goal is to lift the restaurant to an (even) higher level and make it to a top-class traditional restaurant. It is an accessible and vintage restaurant where grandmother’s kitchen is raised to top level on the basis of regional products, with personal touches of the chef.

A new success formula at the restaurant is the breakfast buffet. Both hotel guests and non-guests can enjoy the extensive breakfast and bubbles every day (after reservation). The ideal start of the day!

Every year on 31 December our hotel serves a Sylvester dinner, the culinary event of the year. Make sure to reserve on time.
